I am a personal trainer and am using kettlebells quite extensively in my training practice. This bell is excellent for many of my older women. I have two women in their sixties who are doing beautifully with this bell!
I also appreciate that this bell is still rubber coated. I wish the 8kg was, too, like it used to be. Please bring that one back. You can't go wrong with this bell! The only thing you'll lose is fat!

I love my kettlebell!!
My son has been working with RKB's for several years and has been encouraging me to try them. I am (was) of the 'old school', cardio one day, weight training the next, rest, etc. I watched him one day and was amazed at how hard he worked AND breathed!!
